Telmar's Standard Return Policy for New and Reuse Products:
- Telmar offers a three-year end-user warranty on all Telmar-certified pre-owned equipment we furnish. Unless otherwise stipulated within the sales agreement, new products will be subject to the standard warranty offered by the OEM.
- Non-warranty related return requests may be submitted for approval within 30 days of shipment. However, Telmar reserves the right to accept or reject any return request for non-warranty reasons.
- If a return is approved, a restocking fee may be applied.
- Non-warranty returns must be in original, unopened packaging. All returns are subject to inspection.
- All shipping charges remain the responsibility of the customer, unless other arrangements have been made within the sales agreement.
- Special ordered new product returns are conditional and require further consideration.
All products that are returned must be accompanied by a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number is issued only after the products in question have been qualified for return utilizing the above criteria. Unless an RMA number is issued, no product will be accepted for return.
